Cylinder Head Gaskets

are manufacture in various materials like Copper, Steel, and Beater etc. These are also manufacture in Asbestos material as well as Non-Asbestos materials. Cylinder head gaskets are covered with silicon sealer and silicon Non-Stick coatings. The various types of gaskets are given hereunder: -

1. CAC (Copper Asbestos Copper)
2. ASA (Asbestos Steel Asbestos)
3. NASNA (Non-Asbestos Steel Non-Asbestos)
4. MLS (Multilayer Steel Laminated)

Full Set / Head Set / Conversion Set Gaskets

In case of Overhauling Full Engine, all the gaskets components are required which comes in Full Set Gasket unit (Engine Overhauling Gasket Unit).

While opening top engine Head Set Gasket components are required, It is also known as Top Set Gasket unit / Half Set Gasket Unit.

While opening the bottom portion of the engine, the components required come in Conversion Set. It is also known as lower engine Gasket Unit.

Exhaust Mainfold / Inlet Mainfold Gaskets

Exhaust Gaskets also comes in various types of materials like Asbestos, Non-Asbestos with or without Heat shields in ASA material, SAS material and MLS (Steel Laminated) materials.

In case of Inlet manifolds these comes in soft asbestos / Asbestos Free material like CAF (Compressed Asbestos Fiber Jointing material and non-asbestos jointing material and in bakelite bounded with gasket facing material etc.

Exhaust Flange / Silencer Gaskets

These Exhaust Flange Gaskets are used mainly in Exhaust system of the engine and these are used in the exhaust pipe to prevent leakage. It also comes in different materials like ASA, SAS and MLS.
